Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas

Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas were the first show quality potential birds that we started working with here at Once In a Blue Moon Farmstead. Because of that, they will always have a special place in our heart. We carefully select our breeders each season and breed towards the standard of perfection that is outlined by the American Poultry Association. A special thank you to Susan Mouw and Paul Smith, as we used birds from their stock to develop our line initially. When available, our wheaten, blue wheaten, splash wheaten chicks are $10 each plus express shipping. Show quality breeders are $75 each when available.
